Description
Our high-throughput synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction program is designed to provide high-resolution XRD data at 17 keV with an efficiency of ~80 samples/day. This program is generally utilized for structure solution of new materials and to examine crystalline structures of materials exposed to a variety of environmental/operating (e.g., starting materials, hydrogenated, dehydrogenation, long duration H2 cycling) conditions where the structural response can be evaluated ex situ. Air sensitive materials can be handled by "plasma sealing" glass capillaries in a nitrogen glovebox.
